Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to bookings with Vertex Pyramids Hotel, Nazlet El-Samman, Al Haram, Giza, Egypt ("Vertex", "we", "us"), made on this website, by phone, WhatsApp or email.

We provide hotel accommodation, food and beverage, spa and wellness services, airport transfers, day trips and holiday packages inside Egypt. All services depend on availability at the time of booking.

A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us and, where required, the deposit or full payment has been received. Guests must provide accurate names, contact details and passport or ID data.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. A valid passport or national ID is required for every guest at check-in, as required by Egyptian law. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability.

Prices are shown in USD or EGP and include service charge and taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept card payments online and at the reception, and bank transfers. Prices may change with season and availability until a booking is confirmed.

Room bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival unless the rate is non-refundable. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged one night. Day trips can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Package cancellation terms are stated on each package.

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.

Date and service changes depend on availability and may change the price. If an event outside our control requires a change to a trip, we will offer an alternative of the same value or a refund of the affected service.

Guests are responsible for their belongings and behaviour and for any damage to hotel property. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please respect the rules of archaeological sites and the instructions of our guides.

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by weather, flight changes, site closures, strikes or other events outside our reasonable control, or for services booked directly with third parties.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Courts in Giza have jurisdiction.
